Vytorin Precautions

" About any active liver disease, or history of liver or kidney disease
" Of history of heart disease

" About all serious medical conditions, including trauma, surgery, serious illness, blood disorders, seizures or low blood pressure
Pregnant women are cautioned not to take Vytorin. Simvastatin may harm unborn babies. Women of child-bearing age are strongly urged to take birth control while on Vytorin. Any woman who is, or thinks she may be pregnant should call their doctor right away.
