Surprised? You shouldn't be. It can silently sneak up on you, and with no warning, cause a stroke, heart attack or some other unpleasant and potentially fatal condition. But don't be afraid of it. It can be controlled with a combination of diet and pills. Unless you have it real bad, as in Type 1 diabetes. Now you're looking at insulin injections twice a day (you do it). But even after 10 years on the market, costs for the Big 3 have not come down much, although generic versions are available for about one third the cost.</p><p>But taking a prescribed drug to solve an erection problem is not the only effective method available. There are so called 'natural' solutions available at substantially lower costs. These are pills, capsules, powders, and other dispensing techniques (like under the tongue instant dissolving paper thin lozenges) that can be purchased like vitamins. The problem here is, every supplement company in the world (and there must be a zillion of them...the market is huge) has its own brand of 'natural', no prescription needed pill or potion. Most of them don't work (at least the eighteen or so I tried didn't), but how many guys take the time to send them back for a refund? My guess is not many, including me.</p><p><b>You Spends Your Money and You Takes Your Chances</b></p><p>So in the 'natural' erection pill market, it's buyer beware, trial and error, and if you find one that works, hang on to the address and hope they stay in business longer than two years. I found a company that makes not one but three erection products. They all work in varying degrees, and they're all relatively inexpensive. And here's the kicker: they offer a 90-day no questions asked money back guarantee. This stuff better work if you're giving guys 90 days to send it back. And it does! Besides the erection pills, there's at least one other approach that seems to work, and that's exercise, specifically weight lifting. Lifting weights increases the body's supply of testosterone. Low testosterone levels are common in older men. It's a natural part of aging. It also contributes a lot to the erectile dysfunction problem. If you can afford it, grab a YMCA membership (Medicare will pay for it if you're old enough) and work out two or three times a week. Nothing major...you're not trying to become Mr. Universe.
